Located next to Cherry Hills Village, one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Denver, Kent Place offers an opportunity for people who don’t want to own or maintain a luxury home to still be able to live in style in the city’s best zip code. Multi-million dollar homes set upon lush acreage along with fashionable shops, boutiques and restaurants surround Kent Place. For residents who are already fortunate enough to live in Cherry Hills Village and do not want to leave, Kent Place offers a rare, maintenance and ownership free luxury lifestyle in the heart of their community.

For Kent Place to appeal to the renter-by-choice demographic, the community has a classic traditional architecture style. The design takes its cues from the adjacent multi-million dollar homes and the timeless structures on the nearby University of Denver campus.  Kent Place is covered in materials including limestone block and brick in a variety of patterns and colors. This seamlessly ties the large buildings into the neighborhood. At the important corners, rich detailing, turrets, and tower forms break-up the massing while creating architectural distinction.

Instead of activating the busy corner of the community with the leasing, we placed those items in the center of the building to connect the residences and retail to create a walkable and pedestrian friendly urban village. We designed a piazza to draw people into the center of the community. The piazza with lush landscaping, fountains and Tivoli lighting creates a seamless transition between public and private space. All the while giving the community a signature statement and unique sense of arrival.

A full-service concierge greets guests and residents as they step through the front door. Residents also enjoy sophisticated interior design inspired by the world’s finest boutique hotels. White high-gloss stone and tile contrast the rich ebony paneling and accents. When entering the building, people immediately know they have arrived somewhere special.
