Jon Webb has been a Project Manager on over 15 successful projects with KEPHART Architects, including LoHi Central. LoHi Central is an urban infill townhome, which won a prestigious MAME Award for Outstanding Design. Due to a background in hospitality, Jon realizes the value of a home being a cozy retreat.  Therefore he is passionate about sustainability and brings a fresh view to every home he designs.  Jon enjoys the challenge of designing single and multifamily infill homes. He works hard to fit each one within the context of the neighborhood. Most of all he strives to create a true sense of place for each home.  Jon’s work has been featured in trade publications and magazines including Colorado Home Builder and Professional Builder.

While away from his desk, Jon is always on the go. Jon bikes thousands of miles a year, hikes hundreds of miles in the Colorado mountains with his wife and cross country skis the Crested Butte back country. He also enjoys time with his new dog. When not doing those activities, he’s most likely fly fishing, running, rock climbing, or any other outdoor activity. Really, he is just making sure that he adds the most miles to the office Fit for a Cause program.
