Boulder Inn

The Boulder Inn presented a unique repositioning opportunity for KEPHART. The Inn, located adjacent to the University of Colorado Boulder campus, looked dated and was overdue for a refresh. Our design goal was to enhance the good bones of the building and to preserve the existing natural stone. We refreshed the architecture of the building, used premium products and incorporated top-of-the-line lighting techniques to give the building a timeless look with a modern design.
