As part of a larger master-planned development, Boulevard One was designed to meet the needs of buyers 55 and older. All design decisions, from meeting zero net energy requirements to the selection of low-maintenance interior and exterior materials, were made to maximize ease of ownership from now, and into the future. Working with 35′ wide city lots, a two-story design utilizing zero lot lines and side yards was developed to maximize exterior space. All of the homes have optional elevators and second master suites to allow for separate accommodations for live-in family members or care givers, providing the ultimate in flexibility for again-in-place.
