Located along West Colfax Avenue in Lakewood, Colorado, Bel Aire is helping ignite a transformation of the surrounding neighborhood. What was once an historic hub for automotive businesses is being reimagined into a vibrant community, ideally situated in close proximity to Downtown Denver and the foothills. There are a number of neighborhood amenities within walking distance to the community, including a grocery store, several restaurants, and a light-rail stop.
To help establish the neighborhood feel, we incorporated walk-up units along 15th Street. The community also features a wide range of amenities including several outdoor courtyards, a pool deck with a pool and spa, two barbecue areas accompanied by outdoor kitchens, several outdoor fire features, a dog run and spa, fitness center, club room, game room, and bike storage. Bel Aire was also designed to accommodate those who are working from home. We thoughtfully integrated a spacious co-working area with a variety of seating and private conference rooms, as well as a coffee bar and cafe area.
Bel Aire is estimated to complete construction in April 2025.
