In 2019, in partnership with Embrey Partners, KEPHART broke ground on Escape at Arrowhead, a 324-unit apartment community in Glendale, Arizona. The luxury community will provide easy access to the wide range of dining and entertainment options that the Phoenix Metro area has to offer and will feature amenities including a resort-style pool, an outdoor movie theater, grilling stations, a large fitness center with a yoga studio, and a dog park.
Currently, exterior and interior finishes are in place, framing is going up and windows are being installed. The project is on track for completion in June 2021.
