IT Helpdesk Technician

KEPHART Architects is seeking a full-time IT Helpdesk Technician to join us at our RiNo (River North, Denver) office.

The ideal candidate learns quickly and is able to find the answers even when they are not readily apparent.  They will also have great people skills, because at the end of the day, effectively communicating with people is an essential part of successfully doing their job.

The IT Helpdesk technician will be responsible for working with the IT Manager to ensure the successful day-to-day operations of KEPHART technology.

The core of the IT Tech’s job will be:

  • Triage tier 1 and tier 2 support tickets that come from KEPHART team members.   These tickets may revolve around a variety of different subjects, such as Windows OS, the Microsoft Office 365 suite, FTP, Bluebeam, light Autodesk troubleshooting, and basic printing and networking functionality.
  • Desktop phones and conference room technologies set up and maintenance
  • Carrying and moving computer equipment up to 50lbs, as well as navigating within tight spaces such as in a server room and under desks.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $ 47-52k/year, pending level of expertise
  • Potential for an annual bonus based on the company’s profitability and an individual’s job performance
