Holly is from Golden, Colorado but moved to Denver after graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor’s of Environmental Design with a focus in architecture. At KEPHART, she works on the Build-to-Rent Team which focuses on lower density and single-family residential projects. 

Despite being a Colorado Native, she doesn’t participate in the typical outdoor “Colorado Stuff”. During her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and watching movies. She also enjoys traveling and trying out new restaurants with her friends and family.
