Janet has been a part of the KEPHART team for more than 20 years, using her Contract Administration expertise to guide the completion of more than 1,000,000 square feet of multifamily housing across the country. Her thorough understanding of project development, from initial design through final construction, brings tremendous value to KEPHART.
