Lance grew up shadowing his dad on job sites where he worked as an electrician and a local carpenter. Though he initially went to University of Northern Iowa for marketing, he realized after graduation that he wanted to work in the construction space. He went back to school to pursue Architectural Technology and found his passion for putting details and drawing sets together.

Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and being a dad to two little boys and a boxer named Duff. Together, they enjoy playing with LEGOs, biking, golfing, and woodworking. Their favorite holiday is Halloween, where they can combine these passions to create some pretty incredible costumes.
