Tanya has lived in various states over the years, but considers Colorado home. After graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in sociology, she joined the Army as a Psychological Operations Specialist. However, after getting a certificate in drafting, she was inspired to follow her passion for architecture. While attending graduate school, she still balanced her military duties, even being deployed to the Philippines in the middle of the program. Upon returning home, she earned her master’s degree in architecture from CU Denver. While not at work, she loves learning new technology and working on home renovation projects. You can also find Tanya exploring local museums with her husband and two kids.
