At KEPHART, we’ve enjoyed designing award-winning homes and communities since 1974. We are driven by a passion for design and planning and firmly believe that everyone deserves a well-designed place to live, work, and play, and providing that opportunity starts with us. We are dynamic thought-leaders and problem solvers who relentlessly pursue intelligent design solutions to reap valuable results. We believe that maintaining transparent, collaborative and rewarding relationships is essential to successful outcomes.
We create places for people to call home, but we also aim to create strong communities. We believe that the key to doing so is working together – helping your neighbor, doing the right thing, and giving time and resources to those who need a little extra support.
