Jackson Creek Senior Living is the first community of its kind in Monument, Colorado. With independent living, assisted living and memory care units all in one building, Jackson Creek Senior Living allows for flexible care and the ability to age within the community. The main focus of the design was creating a safe and welcoming home for the residents. The prairie-style architecture connects with the Colorado landscape, and the building was oriented to maximize the great mountain views. The community features a mix of public and private amenity spaces for residents and their families to enjoy, including multiple dining venues, a private dining room, and a commercial kitchen. Another unique amenity is the community radio room, where residents can be interviewed and then broadcast throughout the community. The community has an estimated construction completion date of October 2018.
