Originally built in 1967, Tom’s Diner long stood as a Denver icon. Designed by the renowned architecture office of Armet and Davis, the space was designed as more than a diner, but an experience for its patrons. In 2019, Tom’s was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
To bring new life to this city staple, while also preserving the historic structure, KEPHART worked to preserve the original building while also expanding upon it through the addition of an outdoor garden. The garden is broken up with cabanas, various seating, and lush plants, creating an oasis in the heart of the city.
