For the fifth consecutive year, KEPHART has been named a Best Place to Work in by the Denver Business Journal. The Best Place to Work Awards recognize companies in the Denver metro area that are focused on providing a great work environment and high levels of employee engagement. Unlike other award programs, the winners of these awards are based on feedback provided directly by company employees.  To select winners, employees are asked to anonymously submit feedback on topics such as how valuable they feel their contributions are to the workplace, their levels of satisfaction regarding overall compensation, and how receptive management is to feedback.

The awards are divided into five categories based on company size. Small (10-24 employees), Medium (25-49 employees), Large (50-99 employees), X-Large (100-199 employees), and Giant (200+ employees). There were 65 companies across the Denver metropolitan that were recognized at an awards ceremony at Top Golf this year, and we are proud to announce that KEPHART placed 3rd in the Large Company category.

Led by President Bryce Hall, KEPHART is currently supported by 74 employees. When asked how he felt about the firm receiving this award again, he said, “KEPHART has seen a lot of growth in the past year. It’s tremendously rewarding to see that growth foster and strengthen our culture. We look forward to what’s next!”
