When you enter the KEPHART office, you’ll notice a phrase written on the wall, “EVERYONE deserves a well-designed place to live, work and play.” These words guide us in our work and shape our core values, so when we have the chance to fulfill that mission and create homes for deserving families, we jump at it.
Walnut Flats is a critical development that helps fulfill the need for affordable housing in the Denver Metro Area. The community, which opened in July 2020, is now home for 66 families earning between 30 and 60% of AMI. Residents could not have been more thrilled with their new spaces, with one resident remarking that she had never lived anywhere so wonderful and she was looking forward to cooking a meal for her niece on the large kitchen stove.
