Located in Goodyear, Arizona, Senna at Canyon Trails provides residents with a unique opportunity to live, work, and play in one exciting location. KEPHART is excited this 284-home community, currently under construction, will add multifamily housing to a 90-acre destination shopping center in one of America’s fastest-growing cities.
Designed for our partners at Embrey, the community reflects the nearby Canyon Trails Towne Center with assorted colors of stucco, allowing shade and shadow to render natural articulation on the building’s pure geometric surfaces. The community’s building colors were specifically chosen to provide psychological relief from the intense Arizona sun, with pops of color taking inspiration from flowers in the desert landscape. The project also uses masonry in key areas with elevations that reflect the nearby shopping center. This community is poised to do well in Goodyear’s newest shopping center, with retailers like Target and PetSmart, among others, already there and new retail buildings delivered in 2024.
This community boasts a two-story, 10,000 sf clubhouse with a resort-style pool and separate fitness building just behind it. Residents will have ample choices to live with seven different unit types across eleven buildings on this 12-acre site. The community also features two carriage buildings with direct access to private garages.
The project is being completed in four phases. The clubhouse, fitness center, and pool are the farthest along as of early Spring 2024, with the fitness interiors and exterior stone in progress. The drywall is complete in the clubhouse and is in progress at the 1st apartment building. Asphalt around the site is complete and grading is in progress at the future dog park. The project is expected to be completed by the Fall of 2024.
