By combining our expertise, resources, and shared commitment, we are helping expand access to affordable housing solutions in Colorado communities, creating opportunities for individuals and families to thrive.

Each year, KEPHART participates in the Paint-A-Thon, a program by Brothers Redevelopment that provides free exterior home painting for income-qualified homeowners.

With exterior painting costs often exceeding $5,000, this initiative helps homeowners maintain safe, livable housing while allowing them to direct resources toward essential needs like healthcare, food, and utilities. Our team is proud to contribute hands-on volunteer work that directly supports housing stability in the Denver community.

KEPHART partners with Hope Communities to strengthen neighborhoods and create pathways to economic and personal opportunity.

Through support of affordable housing programs, education initiatives, and community services, we help promote long-term stability for families across Colorado. Our team actively participates in their annual Treasure Store by volunteering and donating gifts to children and families in need.

We Don’t Waste is a Denver-based nonprofit working to reduce food insecurity and food waste by redistributing quality, unused food to local organizations.

KEPHART supports this mission by volunteering at food distribution events and contributing resources to help expand access to healthy food. Through this partnership, we’re helping address food insecurity in the Denver metro area while supporting a more sustainable food system.

Through Fit for a Cause, KEPHART connects employee wellness with charitable giving.

Team members log hours of physical activity, which are converted into donations to nonprofits of their choice. This program reinforces our culture of health, engagement, and giving back, further supporting organizations that create meaningful community impact at the local level.
