Town Center North Apartments

Town Center North provides an additional 50 homes, as well as several community spaces including a fitness center, and large clubroom in the Wheat Ridge Town Center development. As the second of two buildings, Town Center North provides a centrally-located affordable housing option for age-qualified adults. The project came to fruition through the combined effort of public and private sectors advocating on behalf of Wheat Ridge’s severe need for housing to accommodate its aging population.
