Along Main Street, lighter brick and layered detailing create a welcoming, activated pedestrian experience. To the south, the building transitions thoughtfully in both height and expression, softening the community’s presence as it approaches the neighborhood edge.

A passive courtyard provides a generous buffer between the building and neighboring homes, while the structured parking on the west is fully screened and wrapped in exterior materials that match the building, ensuring visual cohesion across the site.

Inside, Alta Flatirons draws inspiration from Japandi design — a calming fusion of Scandinavian and Japanese aesthetics that emphasizes clean lines, natural materials, and thoughtful craftsmanship. This approach supports a balanced living environment that feels intentional and restorative.
