Located along a busy corridor in Arvada, Colorado, Marshall Pointe is a 260-unit affordable housing community developed by Lincoln Avenue Communities. Marshall Pointe’s design focuses on both livability and long-term value, bringing well-crafted, amenity-rich housing to a neighborhood experiencing ongoing growth and increasing access to retail and transit.
Designed as a four-story wrap that frames 5-levels of parking and two interior courtyards, the community was thoughtfully programmed with playgrounds, grilling stations, and flexible outdoor space to promote gathering and play.
The material palette leans contemporary and durable, with clean lines and warm finishes that create a welcoming first impression. Inside, residents will enjoy access to a 5,190-square-foot amenity space including a fitness center, club room, great room with a kitchenette, and mail and parcel rooms. A dedicated leasing office anchors the ground floor with reception, offices, and support space.
Construction is underway with the team at Brinkman Construction working on post-tension cabling and the slab foundation. Marshall Pointe is designed to achieve National Green Building Standard (NGBS) certification, further emphasizing its commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and long-term performance. Marshall Pointe showcases KEPHART’s commitment to elevating affordable housing through smart, community-focused design and enduring architectural quality.
