KEPHART is excited to share progress on Paragon, a new apartment community now under construction in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Located just off I-94, this 305-home development will deliver an elevated lifestyle experience to the region as part of the city’s larger master-planned initiative.
Developed by locally rooted Keyhole Capital, Paragon reflects a deep connection to the Eau Claire community. The community is composed of five, 4-story buildings with a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. A detached 7,600 square-foot clubhouse—one of the first of its kind in the city—anchors the site and features a theater, expansive fitness center, two saunas, a bike repair station and flexible gathering spaces. Outside, residents will enjoy a resort-style pool with private cabanas, and dog park.
Paragon offers a thoughtfully balanced layout that supports both walkability and convenience. Materials and finishes were selected to elevate the architectural character while ensuring durability and long-term value.
As Luke Rykal, VP and Partner at Hoeft Builders, the group constructing the community, shared: “It’s another opportunity to showcase Eau Claire as you come into town.”
Designed to meet NGBS standards, Paragon is set to redefine what apartment living can look like in Wisconsin’s Chippewa Valley. Construction is well underway as slabs have been poured and framing for the first building is in progress.
