Paragon has officially opened its doors!

After sharing an early look at this transformative multifamily apartment community last year, we’re excited to announce that the first residents began moving in at the end of April 2026. The community is composed of five, four-story buildings with a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Paragon is quickly taking shape as one of Eau Claire’s most anticipated new neighborhoods.
