Designed for an age-restricted lifestyle community, this Colorado craftsman and prairie style clubhouse sits on a ridge overlooking the Heritage at Todd Creek golf course. The clubhouse includes a full-service restaurant, grand ballroom, library, golf pro-shop, game and craft rooms, indoor pool, fitness center and administrative offices. The goal was to keep all activities on one level. To do this, the clubhouse was thoughtfully organized into four building wings based on function, with the main entry and concierge station located in the in the middle for easy wayfinding.
