Hazel at the Circle in Cleveland, Ohio, is a compact, market-rate student housing community located across from the Cleveland Institute of Music and the Case Western Reserve Campus. All of the units have private entries for safety and maximum building efficiency without hallways, elevators, or stair towers. Our design solution features apartments with an average size of 725 sf, a 1 to 1 parking ratio, and a yield of almost 50 units to the acre. The seven buildings were thoughtfully arranged to embrace the street, and internal thoroughfares were carefully detailed to ensure comfortable auto and pedestrian use.
