Hazel 8 at the Circle in Cleveland, Ohio is a compact, market-rate student housing community located across from the Cleveland Institute of Music and the Case Western Reserve Campus. All of the homes have private entries for safety and maximum building efficiency without hallways, elevators, or stair towers. Our student housing architecture project design solution features apartments with an average size of 725 sf, a 1 to 1 parking ratio and a yield of almost 50 units to the acre. The buildings were thoughtfully arranged to embrace the street and internal thoroughfares were carefully detailed for pedestrian use to create woonerfs…living streets.
