The way we live and consume goods is changing. Technology, the sharing economy, and a shift in valuing experiences over things are all shaping the way we live. As renters continue to become savvier and have more sophisticated tastes, residents want to be “wowed” and are continually seeking meaningful experiences, which is why it is critical to differentiate apartment communities. One successful way to do this is by creating authentic experiences for residents.
At PCBC this year, Bryce Hall presented with Angela Harris of TRIO and Kim Hoeksema with Carmel Partners on the topic of Designing for Authentic Experience. During the presentation, they shared innovative design ideas and thoughtful amenities that today’s renters are seeking and what’s to come in the future.
