We are excited to announce that the first phase of Northwest Crossing Apartments is officially open! This development is part of Bozeman, Montana’s newest master-planned lifestyle community, Northwest Crossing. Once completed, it will include 150,000 sqft of commercial space and more than 700 homes. The community is ideally situated 10 minutes away from downtown and nestled next to the 80-acre Bozeman Sports Park.
Northwest Crossing Apartments features 202 exciting new homes that combine a mountain-resort feel with modern amenities to appeal to working professionals and families. Designed for our partners at BlackRidge Companies, KEPHART is currently working on Phase II, which will add an additional 134 homes to the community for a total of 336. Northwest Crossing Apartments offers a mix of open floor plans with one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Various carriage units are scattered throughout the community and allow residents direct access from their garages to their homes. A number of the garages are set up with EV capabilities throughout the development allowing for the wave of the future.
This community is a true mountain oasis with Class-A amenities sprinkled throughout the site. The nearly 11,400-sf clubhouse is full of luxury finishes and amenities, including a resort-style pool and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, game room with a sports simulator, beer garden, and more. Outside, there is a dog park, playground, pizza oven, and sports lawn.
