The Henry at Platt Park is located on a 4-acre, triangle-shaped parcel in an industrial redevelopment area on the edge of Denver. The design, a nod to the area’s Craftsman-style roots, works in unison with the branding of The Henry and the thoughtfully programmed amenities to create an authentic community that enhances the lives of its residents.

The community offers a curated lifestyle and experience for the target demographic, offering more than just a place to live, but a place to work, play and connect.

WORK. This starts with a variety of amenities including right-sized communal areas that are comfortable and usable. The large fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, and well-programmed business center with shared, semi-private, and private workstations eliminate the need for gym and co-working memberships.

PLAY. At the heart of the community is a one-acre park inspired by the experience offered at nearby Washington Park – Denver’s largest park that was modeled after Central Park. Like Washington Park, the park at The Henry provides various experiences for residents to enjoy and serves as a center for social activities and community engagement.

CONNECT. Knowing that cycling would be an important part of the lifestyle due to the community’s ideal location near transit, Washington Park, and several biking paths, a 3,400 sq. ft. bike lounge with sofas, interactive touch screen maps and a central community table was designed to be an ideal space for riders meet and plan their routes.

The historic character of the architecture combined with thoughtfully programmed amenities, make The Henry a property unlike anything else in Denver.
