This community is a prototype product featuring attached homes designed to live like single family homes to meet the growing desire of renters for more indoor and outdoor space. Each duplex was designed front to back versus side by side to live more like a single-family home while yielding higher density due to the amount of frontage on the street. The community features seven different floor plans, organized in small groups with garage product facing the street and non-garage product facing the pedestrian court to create a sense of community. The floor plans range in size and bedroom count including ranch, master down and two-story plans to suit a variety of demographics. The plans were designed to be the same width, so they can be built in infinite combinations to meet market demand.
