We are proud of the work we’ve completed thus far at Atlantic Crossing in Delray Beach, Florida.
We are excited to share an update about Atlantic Crossing, a mixed-use apartment community that we designed in Delray Beach, Florida, in conjunction with Edwards Companies. Located in the heart of downtown Delray Beach along the Intercoastal Waterway, this distinctive community comprises eight buildings that seamlessly blend with the beauty of its seaside location with bright stucco exteriors and modern accents. Spanning over two city blocks, this project has been a huge undertaking. KEPHART designed the parking structure and multifamily buildings – One, Three, and Six South and North – noted on the site plan below.

As of mid-October 2023, buildings One and Three are open and fully operational. Building Six North and South are well on their way to completion and are expected to be ready for occupancy by the end of 2023. Diversity thrives in the community. With an array of 18 distinct apartment layouts across the four buildings, there are options to suit a variety of lifestyles to ensure that residents enjoy a unique living experience.
Beyond the commercial amenities, residents can unwind by the resort-style pool, host barbecues in the rooftop kitchen, or pamper their furry friends at the pet spa. For residents and visitors alike, life in the community is designed to be effortlessly enjoyable. Underground parking and elevators connect directly to open-air courtyards adorned with a captivating new installation by renowned Florida sculptor and fiber artist Janet Echelman. We are very proud of the work we’ve completed at Atlantic Crossing in conjunction with the Edwards Companies’ team.
