KEPHART’s New Office in Phoenix

We are excited to announce the opening of our first out-of-state office in Phoenix, Arizona! Doug Van Lerberghe has traded his snow boots for sandals and is heading up the new office in Downtown Phoenix near Chase Field. KEPHART has been working in Arizona for years on projects like Escape at Arrowhead, a luxury multifamily apartment community in Glendale; Maricopa Station, which will add more workforce, market-rate and affordable senior housing in the Maricopa area; and award-winning Artesia, a mixed-use community located in Scottsdale that replaced an underperforming hotel with luxury residences; among many more projects across the Grand Canyon state.
